Provisional Kpler data reported by Reuters showed Middle East crude exports above the pre-war average of about 18 million barrels per day on 24 and 27-29 September, at 19.5-22.5 million bpd, counting Hormuz transits, Red Sea loadings and ship-to-ship transfers in the Gulf of Oman but excluding ships with AIS transponders switched off. AFP cited Kpler as saying 40% of shipments now bypassed Hormuz through Saudi and UAE pipelines. IRGC commander Ali Fadavi said only 3-4 million bpd were moving through the strait.
